God is Good.

 Alot has gone on since our last update so let me try to get you up to date really quick. We have finalized our homestudy which basically means most of our paperwork is complete (for now). Everyone's question now is "what's next"? Next we have to submit our homestudy to immigration. They have to make sure all of our I's are dotted and T's are crossed. It usually take around 6 weeks for immigration to approve our paperwork. Then, we submit our homestudy and dossier (more paperwork) to Ethiopia. It then takes them around 4-6 weeks to approve our dossier. After both processes have been approved we get our names put on a "waiting list" also know as DTE (dossier to ethiopia). Fingers crossed we should be DTE in July according to our agency. THEN WE WAIT. We wait for a phone call to say they have a referral for us. This is the hard part though. The way could be up to two years. :( Although, I know it will be worth the wait. I want to hold them now. I wanted to hold them yesterday. I am so impatient and over the next few months or years I am going to have to learn patience. Please keep praying for us. We have lots of fundraising ideas coming up. Which leads me to the next part of this post. We need your help (yet again). We are currently in the pocess of collecting items for another yard sale. We are planning on having the sale April 20th (weather permitting). We have already had lots of donations but are still trying to collect. If you have anything please let us know and we will be more than happy to pick it up.
